  • Bitumen 85/100 is a standard penetration grade bitumen usually used as a paving grade bitumen suitable to be used in producing hot mix asphalt for road construction and production of asphalt pavements with superior properties as per following technical specificationBitumen 85/100 Its analysis is according to the table opposite. Bitumen is made by Air Blowing process on a vacuum bottom (The raw material for bitumen production is taken from the bottom of the distillation tower in the vacuum of the oil refinery) It is obtained in bitumen production units and penetration degree (determination of the amount of bitumen softness) is between 85 and 100 and its analysis is according to the table. Application The main common use of this product is in cold regions. .
